Steppin' UP: COVID

Update 03/11/2020 13.45pm:

After much careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision ahead of additional clarification to move from in person classes to online from 5/11 out of an ethical duty to our families, staff and the greater community. We know this will cause great disappointment for our students, parents and teachers, who had only just returned but it is our belief that it is much better to act now then to leave you in limbo as to what our plans are post 5 November. The team is actively working to create a flexible, fun and rewarding online offer for those currently attending and those that may want to join for a great online experience until we can resume in person.

Further information will be available soon. In the meantime, we appreciate your continued patience and support. As a local not-for-profit business, going into a second lockdown is heartbreaking but we are committed to offering a creative outlet to our students and their families and will do all we can to keep our light on for those that need us. For those attending your last in person classes this week, we look forward to seeing you tonight and Wednesday before we take the show back online.

At Steppin' UP, we are doing our utmost to ensure that we maintain a COVID secure organisation, with the health of our students and staff as our main priority. Before attending any Steppin' UP dance classes, the below safety measures must be read carefully and thoroughly. We also require you completing a declaration form prior to attending the class; this is compulsory for the safety of all parties involved.
